SMALL GROUP TRAVEL DESIGNED JUST FOR WOMEN WITHOUT CHILDREN
Most trips take you somewhere beautiful — this one takes you somewhere you belong.
You have good friends. A career you’ve built, and a life that’s full.
But still, something is harder to find than it should be — a room full of women where the life you’re living without kids is the norm, not the exception.
Our Sister•Ship creates intentional small-group travel for women without children. Trips designed to go somewhere real — because the best part isn't the destination. It's finally being in a room where your life isn't the exception. The kind of trip where you arrive as strangers and leave making plans to do it again.
WELCOME TO OUR SISTER•SHIP
Exploring new places, moving together, and creating side-by-side does more than fill an itinerary. Small group travel for women builds trust, invites ease, and lays the foundation for lasting community.
Unlike most small group travel for women, that bring together strangers from around the globe, Our Sister•Ship is designed differently. We travel with other women from the same geographic regions, so the connections formed while traveling, can grow to real-life community back home.
We don’t fill trips — we build circles.

WHAT TRAVELERS HAVE TO SAY
NOT EVERY JOURNEY BEGINS WITH A SUITCASE
A DIFFERENT KIND OF JOURNEY
THIS ONE STARTS CLOSER TO HOME
You’ve spent years living inside a story that assumes every woman’s life is moving toward the same destination.
You’ve become fluent in navigating a world that rarely reflects your life back to you.
You've learned to field the question that comes up in almost every new conversation — do you have children — and redirect it without missing a beat.
To let comments pass that assume your life must feel incomplete.
To carry questions silently you’ve never quite had the right company to ask.
Like why people instinctively reach for sympathy when they learn you don’t have children.
Or, is it normal to privately grieve the distance that’s emerged in your friendships as your lives have grown in different directions.
Or, why despite everything you’re proud of — your career, your community, your relationships, your passions — your life is so often understood by the chapter that’s missing instead of all the richness it holds.
Maybe you've never said any of this out loud. Not because it isn't real — but because there's never been the right room to name it.
If it’s lived inside you quietly, what I'm building is for you.…
A GUIDED REFLECTIVE SMALL GROUP
An intimate, 9-week virtual journey for women who are ready to question the narrow cultural story that has treated motherhood as the defining measure of a meaningful life — while consciously authoring an expanded version.
If you want to give voice to experiences that have long lived in the margins, alongside women who have lived it too — this room is for you.
This Fall, I’m opening a small Founding Circle
WELCOME, I’M ERIN
a place women’s stories are reflected
Our Sister•Ship began with a longing to see more spaces where women living without children, could see their stories reflected and celebrated.
As a therapist and someone who finds renewal through the novelty of new places, I chose travel because it offers what daily life often cannot. It creates space to set down obligations, step outside routine, and share meaningful experiences. Immersive travel provides the ideal conditions for friendship to grow - not through forced conversation, but through shared discovery, curiosity, and doing life side-by-side.
I chose the name Our Sister•Ship with the metaphor of a vessel in mind — a space capable of holding the many different stories women carry about living without children. Some arrive here by choice, others through circumstances they never imagined, and many somewhere in between. What matters most is that we are traveling together.
This is the space I wish had existed.
OUR VALUES
-
Pleasure, new experiences, beauty, and adventure are vital at every stage of life.
-
We believe in creating the kind of friendships that reflect and celebrate the lives we’re living now.
-
More depth, more spontaneity, more joy, more discovery, more meaningful connection.
-
We honor the richness of every path, and believe that gathering as women without children in celebration, is a quiet and powerful act of rebellion against diminishing narratives.
