PUPPY YOGA!
Saturday, April 25th from 930-1130am
A Yoga Class… but with Puppies 🐶
A private class for women without children to connect and share a little joy in community.
Join us for a feel-good morning where joy, connection, and a few very cute distractions come together.
This isn’t your typical yoga class. Expect plenty of laughter, puppy kisses, and just enough gentle movement to feel good in your body.
During this playful one-hour session, rescue puppies will roam freely throughout—so don’t be surprised if your downward dog is interrupted actually:)
A portion of proceeds will support the incredible work of Seattle’s Resilient Hearts Animal Sanctuary.
The Experience
This one-hour class is beginner-friendly, with rescue puppies roaming freely throughout—so expect a few interruptions and moments that don’t go exactly as planned (in the best way).
No prior Yoga experience required
After class, we’ll head to a local cafe to enjoy a warm cup of tea/coffee or light breakfast. There’s no structure here, but just an easy extension of the morning to debrief on all the cuteness while connecting with other women in the community.
Pleaes note: Food and drinks are optional, purchased individually and not included in the event fee

Why We’re Thrilled to Support the Resilient Hearts Animal Sanctuary
Part of what drew me to partnering with Resilient Hearts is that their work extends beyond rescue.
They save animals from high-risk shelters by helping them find loving homes, but they’ve also created something larger: a welcoming, inclusive community space rooted in care and second chances.
As an LGBTQ-led organization, they’re committed to accessibility and to removing barriers so more people can adopt, foster, and experience the gifts of animal companionship.
I’m so glad we get to support their work through this gathering (and spend a little time with their puppies, too 🐶).

The class is approximately 1 hour, from 9:30am-10:30am. After class, those interested will join at a local cafe for a warm beverage and an informal way to connect with other women in the community, as that’s exactly what these gatherings are about!
-
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring a friend who identifies as a woman without kids and feels drawn to the focus of this gathering. But if you’re planning to come alone, that’s great too as the event is structured around making it easy to connect and meet others.

Because this is a small, limited-capacity event, refunds aren’t available within 15 days of the workshop. You’re always welcome to transfer your spot to a friend if needed.
About Your Host, Erin
Hi, I’m Erin!
I created Our Sister•Ship as a travel-based community for women without children, grounded in the belief that shared experiences, especially novel ones that stretch us beyond the familiar, accelerate connection. While intentionally designed small-group travel is central to the community, I also host occasional local gatherings like this one as a way to bring people together through experiences that happen close to home.
Whether you’re new to the community, curious about joining a future trip, or simply interested in spending an afternoon doing something you enjoy alongside other women without children, I cant’ wait to meet you!
What is Our Sister•Ship
Our Sister•Ship is a small-group travel community created for women without children, including those who are childfree or childless, who are seeking connection with others on a similar path.
We design high-touch, thoughtfully curated trips that are about more than beautiful scenery, they’re about offering experiences meant foster connection while honoring the many paths of womanhood.
