If Parisian cafés, flaky layers, and The Great British Bake Off feel like your idea of a cozy, perfect winter afternoon, you’re in good company!

Join me and the women behind Seattle’s Pastry Project for a hands-on laminated pastry workshop. In this half-day class, you’ll learn professional techniques for making flaky, buttery laminated doughs; the foundation for croissants, pain au chocolat, and filled danishes.

No prior baking experience required.

Note. Space will be limited to 12 registered guests. The class will include a short break to enjoy light refreshments and time to connect.
